item loss

I deconstructed a Level 4 Weapon Forge and I got back the materials needed to make a level 4 weapon forge, but I lost all of the "donated" materials that I had added towards level 5. For me that was some pyrestone, some sapphires, etc that was lost. Basically, it seems "half upgraded" stations...
