I purchased the 1050 coins pack on PS5 on June 8 at about 5:57am (CDT). I received the 1000, but not the bonus 50. PSN ID KrimzonDragon

I've tried keeping track of my coins spending and earning in game and I'm pretty sure I'm still missing 50. ps- it has been my only purchase cuz i just started the game.

Well... it happened again, I'm impatient and wanted more cosmetics so I bought the 1050 pack again. Today June 14 at 5:23am (CDT) I bought the PS5 1050 pack and only got 1000. I had 126, then 1126. I did notice that after the purchase and it saying it emailed my receipt, there was a confirmation that said something like "purchased 1000 platinum coins". Don't know if you needed that info. Sorry for the trouble, I don't plan on buying any more coins....for now. PSN ID KrimzonDragon

There is no trouble at all, and we're so sorry this occurred again. I'm sending it forward to our team to investigate what could be the cause and will get back to you soon as I can.

In the meantime, do you mind sending a screenshot of the receipt via private DM (excluding any sensitive information), as well as a screenshot in game, so that we could gather more context on the issue?
