I think it depends on if you play solo or in a team.

This is the build I usually do in a 4man team where I'm the only one playing Warden and my team needs me to craft fast weapons and stuff.

Depending on how fast your team is going and if you aim to rush Fenrir day 6, you can switch 7th and 9th point. Haggler is usefull if you need to buy Hideout fragments fast. I usually play with the Nornir Axe II so that's why I take the Thunder Embrace and Axe Mastery talents. But you can save one point if you stick with Raider Axe III or play another element weapon. The 6th point can be put where you need it depending on your weapon.

Dwarven Made is not the first talent you want to take because...
I suggest to focus on fully upgrading crafting weapons for less costs first so you can have stronger weapons to defeat enemies quicker.

Dwarven Made is not the first talent you want to take because you will upgrade your harvesting and damaging gear fast enough to not rely on it early on. Plus, crafting low cost and strong weapons fast for the team is better overall.

For solo gameplay I would trade the top talents line with the bottom talents line to be faster to move on the map and more efficient alone. Rune Carver is really dope, and more if you play survival mode or 16 days Saga mode.

Finally, this class suits really in a team (like a 4man Fenrir rush) if everyone play the game by waiting for you before crafting any high cost weapons. It can be frustating if no one accept that you play the crafter for the team, but every team needs at least one Warden. :)
